This place suits me perfectly with its wi-fi, bar/lounge area, and flat-screen TV. I remember how the staff helped me return my forgotten shower bag on my first stay. Highly recommend it!

Street parking situation could be less annoying!!! Water leaks from the ceiling during the night were unacceptable!!! the room lacked basic comforts like sufficient coat hangers and shelving for toiletries!!!

We had a nice stay, but the room was hot and noisy at night. The breakfast was a standout, heaps of good options!

The atmosphere was so warm and social with a great pub vibe where we enjoyed fabulous beer choices! Our newly renovated room was exceptionally clean, inviting, and packed with thoughtful details. Breakfast was a highlight, with that French toast being a total game-changer!

Some bathrooms feel cramped and could use more thorough cleanliness, especially in the tiles. the televisions in the rooms rely on analogue signals, leading to poor reception during rain—something to consider in a region known for its moisture. The overall furnishings appear basic with minimal storage options, and the limited breakfast choices might leave some wondering if there's more variety elsewhere.

the bridge tavern bed & breakfast was a lovely place to stay. the room was super clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was made fresh to order, with delicious french toast. the staff were friendly, especially the efficient waiter at breakfast. it's also close to the river, which offers a nice view in the evening.

Couple suitable getaway

The service was EXCELLENT! ! They made sure we were taken care of from the moment we arrived. The food, oh man, it was truly superb, both dinner and breakfast meals were so DELICIOUS!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

Had an awesome night in a super clean room! The staff were super nice and super quick with check-in. Location was perfect, so close to shops and bars. The only thing was that we wanted to hang out a bit more in the dining area but it felt a bit cramped at times. a fab experience!

The location of the Bridge Tavern Bed & Breakfast in Wicklow truly stood out for its proximity to the Black Castle, just a quick six-minute stroll away. The room I booked, a Deluxe Double Room, offered a good amount of space, though some aspects dimmed the charm. Live music added a lively vibe on Sunday, but the noise made it tough to get to sleep until late. Breakfast hit the spot with fresh French toast and lemon scones, definitely the highlight of the meals. the service at dinner was lacking. I faced a rude request to move tables right after sitting down, which left a bad impression. The room had a few cleanliness issues, including stained carpet and an uncomfortable mattress. I expected better for the price I paid. the experience had its ups and downs, leaving me feeling mixed about my stay.
